New York Federal Reserve Names Executive

The Federal Reserve Bank of New York said John W. Moscow will join it this month as a deputy general counsel.

Mr. Moscow is deputy chief of the investigations division within the New York County District Attorney's office. He will be in charge of the litigation and enforcement group in the bank's legal department.

The New York Fed also appointed Frank C. Eiseman and Elaine D. Mauriello vice presidents.

Mr. Eiseman returns to the New York Fed staff from the Federal Reserve System's office of employee benefits, where he had been in charge of operations since 1989. He is assigned to the bank's statistics area.

Ms. Mauriello has been an assistant vice president in the bank's statistics area since 1992. In her new role, she has been assigned to the supervision support area of bank supervision.

Marilyn E. Skiles, a vice president at J.P. Morgan & Co. since 1991 and a former senior economist at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, has returned to the New York Fed as an international adviser. She is a specialist in Latin American economics.
