Sutin and Miller Join Mellon as Senior VPs

Stewart E. Sutin recently joined Mellon Bank Corp., Pittsburgh, as senior vice president and head of international activities, and Henry J. Miller 3d joined as senior vice president and head of international financial services, both within the corporation's wholesale banking group.

Mr. Sutin oversees international banking activities for Mellon's corporate and institutional customers in the United States and abroad.

Most recently, Mr. Sutin served as managing director and principal for Singer & Friedlander Americas Inc., where he launched a company that provided investment advisory services and trade finance.

He has also held several management positions in the international area of Bank of Boston, including president of Bank of Boston International and division executive for international trade and banking services.

Mr. Miller is responsible for international financial services, including trade banking, international correspondent banking, trade operations, lesser-developed country management, and delivery of cash management products to international institutions.

He formerly was a senior vice president and general manager of the international banking division, Europe/Americas, and manager of the Asian/Middle East division for CoreStates Financial Corp.
