SHORT TAKES: Fidelity to Run 401(k) For Pa.'s S&T Bank

INDIANA, Pa. - S&T Bank has selected Fidelity Investors as investment manager and Benefits Services Corp. as record keeper for its new 401(k) product.

The product is designed to provide businesses - even those with as few as 25 employees - with all the components necessary for a 401(k) retirement plan.

The full-service package, funded through Fidelity Mutual Funds, will include documentation services, employee education and communication materials, daily valuation, and 24-hour toll-free telephone access.

Participants of the new 401(k) plan will be able to rely on S&T trust officers to assist with major decisions concerning plan design and investment choices.

S&T, with $1.3 billion in assets, is the principal subsidiary of S&T Bancorp.
