Card Briefs: Gasper Rolls Out ATM Cash System

DAYTON - Gasper Corp. unveiled Autosam for Windows, a PC-based cash management system that predicts the amount of cash needed for each automated teller machine in an organization's network.

With Autosam for Windows, ATM network managers can forecast cash- dispensing activity, control servicing costs, reduce cash-outs and oversupplies, and manage the performance of cash replenishment.

The system also allows users to break down inventory planning by individual canister. In addition to providing more effective forecasts of currency demand, this feature could become a vital management tool as ATMs dispense a growing number of noncash items, such as postage stamps.
