Roundup: OnBank Selling 3 Units To Iroquois Bancorp

Syracuse-based OnBank and Trust Co. said it has agreed to sell three of its branches to Cayuga Savings Bank, a subsidiary of Iroquois Bancorp, for an undisclosed sum.

The three branch offices are located in Moravia, Lansing, and Lacona, N.Y., and have combined deposits of about $46 million.

When the deal is completed, Iroquois Bancorp will operate 13 banking offices with total assets of over $480 million through its two banking subsidiaries, Cayuga Savings Bank in Auburn and Homestead Savings in Utica.
