Lehman Brothers Inc. hired a fixed-income sales executive for its private-client services group in Miami, continuing an expansion of its staff there.
The New York-based investment bank announced last week that Neil C. Dubrow had joined it as a senior vice president. He reports to Mark Gilbert, sales manager for Florida.
Previously, Mr. Dubrow was a managing director at Barclays de Zoete Wedd Securities, where he ran trading for its primary dealership in U.S. government securities, as well as trading in mortgage- and asset-backed securities.
Counting Mr. Gilbert and Mr. Dubrow, Lehman has hired eight private- client executives for Miami in the past 12 months. The group, under managing director Edward M. Feigeles, has more than 300 representatives in 14 offices.
