BancWest Corp., San Francisco, has hired three vice presidents and promoted three assistant vice presidents to that rank.
Richard Goslee, Evelyn A. Collaco, and Jeffrey B. Cook are newly hired.
Mr. Goslee is a cash management officer. He had been an independent financial services consultant since 1995, and earlier was a vice president in the marketing department at Westamerica Bancorp. Still earlier he was vice president and senior product manager at Bank of America.
Ms. Collaco is a loan servicing manager in the real estate industries group. She was a manager of the loan service center at Bank of the Orient, and earlier was an operations supervisor for commercial mortgage servicing at Wells Fargo Bank.
Mr. Cook is a compliance officer. He had been a vice president and community reinvestment program manager at Eureka Bank.
Sonia M. Castellanos and Susan T. Porter are the former assistant vice presidents.
Ms. Castellanos became manager of financial management, reporting, and business banking; she had been a project manager in the community bank administration department. She had come to BancWest from Citibank, where she was a financial systems manager.
Ms. Porter remains a credit administrator. She had joined BancWest an assistant vice president and loan examiner, coming from from Union Bank of California, where she was an assistant vice president.
