First Colonial Names Executive

First Colonial Group in Nazareth, Pa., the $367 million-asset holding company of Nazareth National Bank and Trust, has elected Richard Stevens 3d as chairman.

Mr. Stevens manages the Philadelphia office of ComputerAid Inc., a 1,600-employee software development company. He came to ComputerAid 12 years ago from International Business Machines Corp., where he was a government business relations representative in Washington and earlier a systems engineering manager.

He has been a First Colonial director since 1989 and has led the board's executive and business information systems committees.

As chairman he succeeded John J. Schlamp, who had held the post since 1994 and was CEO from 1982 to 1987. Mr. Schlamp, who joined the bank in 1953, has retired.
