The mobile banking and payments provider Clairmail Inc. has hired a chief financial officer and a chief technology officer.
Steve Anderson, the CFO, was previously CFO at Good Technology Inc., Trigo Technologies, Capstan Systems and Navis LLC. Clairmail did not previously have a CFO.
Gordon Simpson, the CTO, was previously CTO for SAP labs and Deputy CTO at BEA Systems. Clairmail's prior CTO, Peter Madams, is taking a different technology role with the company.
"As we continue to gain market share, we need a strong team to support our efforts," Pete Daffern, Clairmail's chief executive, said in a press release Friday.
"Steve and Gordon both add a broad base of experience and expertise to the company, and will provide the leadership needed to help drive Clairmail's continued growth and success," he said.
Simpson said in the release, "I am excited to be joining the team in this period of rapid growth and am looking forward to enhancing our offerings to help banks generate new revenue streams, reduce costs and increase customer engagement."
