Cross Keys in La. Names New President, Chairman

Cross Keys Bank in St. Joseph, La., has named a new president and elected a new chairman.

Shane Bridges was promoted from chief credit officer to president of the $320 million-asset bank in January. Bridges has worked for Cross Keys since 2002 and had been chief credit officer since 2009..

Bridges succeeded Michael Vizard, who will remain chief executive. Vizard was also named chairman of Cross Keys, succeeding William Watson. Vizard had been the bank's president and CEO since 2005.

Additionally, Rebecca Vizard was named chairman of BSJ Bancshares, the holding company for Cross Keys Bank, also succeeding William Watson in that role. Ben Watson remains president and CEO of BSJ Bancshares

Cross Keys Bank was founded in 1902. Its nine branches are in Bossier City, Monroe, Newellton, Rayville, Shreveport, Sterlington, St. Joseph, Tallulah and West Monroe.
