Fredda McDonald’s career has been characterized by measurable business results in a�variety of senior executive roles in financial services: including strategy, innovation,�consulting services, marketing and branding. Most recently, as Executive Vice Presidentof PSCU – the nation’s largest credit union services organization - her leadership was�instrumental in successfully navigating the company through growth and changes in the�technology landscape in payments. The team she led was able to positively impact�revenue at the same time awareness was raised for the company’s distinctly new brand.�Most notably, the programs she created also raised awareness and membership in�credit unions nationally.Previous to her role at PSCU, McDonald was at MasterCard Worldwide, where she led�the team that oversaw relationships with financial technology giants FIS, Fiserv, TSYS�and First Data. Prior to joining MasterCard, McDonald had her own consulting company�and worked with both Visa and MasterCard in facilitating payments start-ups. McDonald�was also tapped to facilitate the Global Brand Management plan for the International�Olympic Committee based in Lausanne, Switzerland. This allowed her to interface at a�strategic level with the major corporations that sponsor the IOC, such as Visa and Coca-�Cola. And previous to that, she was CEO of Cadmus Marketing Services – who served�many of these major brands as clients.�She has recently started a consulting company called LYDIAN Management Consulting�to assist clients in accessing meaningful innovation to drive business results.In addition�to her accomplishments as an executive, McDonald is a highly sought after speaker and�regular contributor to many business publications. She is publishing a book on innovation in October 2015 entitled, Innovation. It’s Nothing New.�Her interests outside of the professional realm include travel, history, gourmet cooking�and fiction writing. She has two grown daughters, one who live in Atlanta and one in�San Francisco.�
