James Bygland

James Bygland is Chief Information Officer and Executive Vice President of Bank SNB.� Bank SNB is a subsidiary of Southwest Bancorp, Inc. with its headquarters being located in Stillwater, Oklahoma.� Bank SNB has $2.4 billion in assets, operating 30 offices in Oklahoma, Texas, Kansas and Colorado. ��Mr. Bygland joined Bank SNB in 2013.� Since that time, he has played an integral part in developing and implementing a successful technology strategy for the corporation that has allowed Bank SNB to offer a sophisticated product set that competes with the product offerings of financial services companies of all sizes.� In addition to his CIO duties, he is responsible for vendor management, business innovation, information security, deposit operations, business intelligence, project management and remittance processing.�Prior to joining Bank SNB, Bygland was EVP/CIO at West Coast Bancorp where he served in a similar capacity from 1998 to 2013.� In addition to his bank management experience, Mr. Bygland’s career spans more than 30 years including bank technology and operations consulting; and data center management.A native of Nebraska, Bygland attended the University of Nebraska-Lincoln where he earned a bachelor's degree.�
