James McAndrews is the CEO and chairman of the board of directors of TNB USA Inc., a narrow bank holding a provisional charter from the state of Connecticut. Formerly he was executive vice president and head of the research and statistics group at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York from 2010 to 2016.
