Joseph Minarik

Joseph Minarik is senior vice president and director of research at the Committee for Economic Development. He is also a co-author of "Smart Regulation: Changing Speed Bumps into Guardrails." Minarik was chief economist at the Office of Management and Budget under President Clinton.
