Omer leads Deloitte’s Analytics and Information Management efforts for the Banking & Securities practice in the U.S. He has more than 20 years of IT experience, primarily in Enterprise Information Management (EIM), master data management, business intelligence and analytics enablement. Omer has led several efforts around the Office of Customer Care, addressing issues regarding consumer complaints, and more broadly around customer transformation. He has authored several papers on the role of data and information management in financial services, including how to boost performance in banking through analytics, the game-changing nature of performance analytics for banks, and business intelligence as a performance enhancer for the insurance sector. He also serves as one of Deloitte’s US CIO Fellows and sits on the Deloitte’ Eminence Review Board.
