Since 2009, Virginia has held several key leadership positions supporting organizational structure and operational effectiveness including; SVP Small Business Sales Support, SVP Enterprise Client Services Executive and SVP Sales Performance Executive. Currently as Chief of Staff, Virginia oversees card brand and network relationships, project management for the organization, as well as the workplace and facility group.Prior to joining Bank of America Merchant Services, Virginia was with First Data Corp from 2007 to2009 as SVP of Relationship Management and Bank Sales in their RSA group. In this role, Virginia created and led a new relationship management organization responsible for revenue growth and retention among mid-sized merchant clients, as well as leading First Data�s RSA bank relationship and sales teams for the western region of the United States.Virginia also worked for more than 20 years at American Express Co before joining First Data.� In her last six years with American Express, she was an executive in the Global Corporate Services group. As Vice-President and General Manager, she led an organization responsible for the corporate management of a group of Fortune 500 companies as well as Fortune 100 companies within the international portfolio. Virginia also spent 17 years in the Establishment Services Group as a Vice-President and General Manager along with a variety of other sales and relationship management positions, building her� expertise in the payments and financial services industry.Virginia earned a Bachelor�s degree in Organizational Communications from Ohio University in Athens.
