Achieva CU Sells Old Headquarters For $2.8 Million

CLEARWATER, Fla. – Achieva CU, which is preparing to move to nearby Dunedin, has sold its 26,450-square-foot offices here for $2.8 million.

The $1 billion credit union bought the building in 2001 for $1.68 million.

The building was constructed in 1981 and sits in a 1.66-acre site.
