Acquisitions Do Little To HelpCorillian

PORTLAND, Ore. - (11/07/05) -- Internet services provider CorillianCorp. reported a loss of $60,000, for its fiscal second quarterended Sept. 30, caused mainly by a 3% decline in revenues, to $11.9million, compared to the same period last year. The decline in netincome and revenues comes despite the company's recent acquisitionsof two online service providers for credit unions, InteliDataTechnologies Corp. and qbt Systems Inc. For the second quarter lastyear Corillian reported a $2.1 million profit.
