Consultant Michael Hudson suggests people share their ideas using this format: "I wish our credit union (fill in the blank)."
"When we say 'I wish,' we kind of become kids again," said Hudson. "Frame it this way, 'How can we...?' It changes the tone of the conversation and the level of thinking. People are comfortable saying things as a dream that they wouldn't otherwise be comfortable thinking."
