PALO ALTO, Calif. – Addison Avenue FCU yesterday said it has installed Saba Software’s OnDemand staff management system.
Saba said OnDemand automates staff processes and keeps information secure and easily accessible regardless of office location. The system increases organizational performance by aligning workforce goals with organizational strategy; developing, managing and rewarding their people, and improving collaboration.
The $2.2 billion credit union has a national footprint with locations in nine states and Puerto Rico. Management was looking for a unified learning, performance and talent management solution to help maintain multiple types of employee certifications associated with financial services. The organization also needed a system to automate and centralize its performance review process and manage succession planning.
Saba Software is based in Redwood Shores, Calif.
