WASHINGTON-CUNA last week was running two ads in Politico-aimed at members of Congress-that sought to underscore the range of support for expanded member business lending at credit unions.
In the first ad, headlined "MORE JOBS," CUNA noted that MBL legislation, which would increase the lending cap to 27.5% of assets, has the support of the U.S. Conference of Mayors.
The second ad, which ran in close proximity to the first ad in Politico, lists other organizations that are also supportive of the MBL increase.
