FENTON, Mo. – Alliance CU has opened a Personal Service Branch that has no traditional tellers but relies on personal service representatives to provide member services.
The teller-less branch will include a full-service ATM, where members will be able to make deposits and loan payments 24 hours a day. All cash transactions will be conducted through the ATM. The surcharge-free ATM is open to the public.
“The Personal Service Branch concept will allow us the opportunity to provide a high level of service with practically all the benefits of a full-service branch,” said Dennis Sommer, president of the $180-million credit union.
