HOUSTON – Cardtronics said yesterday its Allpoint surcharge-free ATM networks is being expanded overseas to 1,200 ATMs in the U.K. owned by Cardtronics’ Bank Machine subsidiary. Allpoint has become popular among credit unions, as its gives their members access to 32,000 surcharge-free ATMs, most of them located in major retail outlets.
