HONOLULU – Aloha Pacific FCU last week said it has introduced checking accounts that pay up to 5% interest.
The credit union’s KalaRewards is a free checking account that pays 4% on balances up to $50,000 and 5% for members who have a home equity line of credit balance greater than $10,000.
Aloha Pacific formerly was known as Honolulu City & County Employees FCU.
