FORT WORTH, Texas - (01/06/06) -- American Airlines FCU said Thursdayit paid its 200,000 members an extraordinary dividend on Dec. 31amounting to $5 million. The extraordinary dividend was based ondividends earned on qualifying share accounts and/or interest paidon applicable loans in 2005. The savings portion of the dividendwas paid at an annual rate of 3.5%, while the loan portion amountedto 2.5%.
