TEXAS CITY, Texas - (05/31/06) AMOCO FCU said Tuesday it hasimplemented an IP Telephony network with the addition of its newheadquarters building. The system consists of the CisteraConvergenceServer, licensed RapidBroadcast and CallCenterRecordapplication engines to enhance the productivity of their CiscoAVVID (Architecture for Voice, Video and Integrated Data) VoIPsystem. RapidBroadcast allows AMOCO FCU to leverage its Cisco IPphones for paging, and eliminated the cost of installing overheadspeakers in their new location. CallCenterRecord providescontinuous recording of their Call Center agents, and provides foreasy access to recorded calls, as well as support for training andevaluation purposes.
