AMOCO FCU Offers e-Signature With Integrated Media Management

TEXAS CITY, Texas – AMOCO FCU has improved its overall lending volume with the deployment and capabilities afforded through Integrated Media Management’s TotaleAtlasWeb, the company’s remote signature capture and secure document delivery solution.

TotaleAtlasWeb provides secure document viewing and public key infrastructure digital signature capture via the Web, ensuring secure, enforceable remote signatures that are trusted by the Adobe root certificate.

Before implementing TotaleAtlasWeb, the $535 million credit union had to limit its members to in-branch or mail transactions only, which presented challenges based on individuals’ availability, location and/or coordination with a co-signer. The company said TotaleAtlasWeb has enabled AMOCO FCU to eliminate the usual restrictions of branch hours and time spent scheduling, adding a new level of convenience and member service by allowing them to complete loan documents from any location, any time. This has been critical to retaining the business of members who have moved out of the area, do not live in proximity to an AMOCO FCU branch or just prefer to do all their banking remotely.

AMOCO FCU has been an IMM client since 2006, when it implemented the company’s TotaleReceipts – which automates teller receipt transactions. The credit union also has implemented the company’s TotaleAtlas, its flagship document presentment application, and TotaleChecks, a laser print software for online and batch institution checks.
