SUITLAND, Md. – Andrews FCU has signed with Jack Henry & Associates to implement the company’s Symitar Episys core processing system.

The $880-million credit union also will add Jack Henry’s NetTeller Online Banking, iTalk IVR, OurCashFlow online financial management, Synapsys member relationship management, and ARCU data warehousing, among others.
The credit union said it plans to use a series of videos to communicate with members what they will see from the new core solution, preparing them to easily adjust and take full advantage of the new services.
