CHICAGO - (03/03/06) EFMARK Premium Armored Servicesannounced Thursday it has agreed to acquire U.S. Armored, LLC, oneof the leading cash carriers in the Carolinas. The edal comes sixweeks after EFMARK agreed to merge with Bantek West Inc., to createone of the nations biggest providers of ATM cash andmaintenance services. U.S. Armored provides cash services to 560bank, credit union and retail outlets in North Carolina throughoffices in Raleigh and Charlotte. Financial terms of the deal werenot disclosed.
