SAN BERNARDINO , Calif. - (05/19/05) -- Fast-growing Arrowhead CU said itscaled back plans for a headquarter campus and instead is lookingat building a two-story 145,000 square-foot office and warehousebuilding just south of downtown, near the minor league baseballstadium that bears its name. The headquarters of the $1 billioncredit union and its four financial services CUSOs at an existingdowntown office. Plans call for the new offices to eventually houseabout 400 employees. Th site for the proposed project is withinwalking distance of Arrowhead Credit Union Park, home of the InlandEmpire 66ers minor league baseball team. The credit union hadearlier planned to build an office campus in north San Bernardino,near Cal State San Bernardino.
