SPRINGFIELD, Mo. – Assemblies of God CU purchased a branch this week being closed by Village Bank, its second purchase of a bank branch in recent months. The branch is one of three being closed by Village Bank.

The credit union bought a branch from First National Bank last summer and opened it as its own branch in September.
The $94 million credit union has another branch in Springfield and one in Waxahachie, Texas, as well as three branches in the Springfield area that it shares with Postal Federal Community CU.
