DALLAS - (02/28/05) -- The local DFW CU Awareness Councilhas partnered with the Texas Rangers to offer discounted ticketsfor several major league games this baseball season. July 10 willbe Credit Union Member Night at the game when Dick Ensweiler,president of the Texas CU League, will deliver the first pitchagainst the Toronto Blue Jays. Credit unions on hand will alsoreceive recognition. The Council will hand out souvenir Thunderstixwith I (love) MY CREDIT UNION imprinted on the side to the first5,000 credit union members who visit the Spring Creek Pavilionbefore the game. The DFW Awareness Council said it is also seekingout a credit union representative to sing the nationalanthem.
