Bethpage FCU’s $16 Million MBL To Fund Philadelphia Shopping Center

PHILADELPHIA – Bethpage FCU of Long Island has agreed to provide $16.25 million in fixed-rate financing for the Whitman Plaza shopping center at Oregon and Randolph in South Philadelphia.

Financing for the project was secured by Berkadia Commercial Mortgage, the former GMAC Commercial Mortgage of Horsham.

The 25-year-old, 279,000 square foot shopping center, which includes a Kmart discount store, Pathmark grocery, Fashion Bug, Payless Shoes, Radio Shack and Party City.
