ATLANTA – IBT Enterprises announced yesterday an agreement to take over Design Build Concepts, merging two of the leading bank branch building operations. The combination of the two businesses will create a full-service financial center development firm, from ground-up construction to in-store construction to storefront design and branch consulting. The two companies will remain at their respective Atlanta headquarters. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
