Better Lobby recordsarrival, wait time, visit purpose and consultation time for everybranch visitor to the service platform, and integrates with otherapplications to check identity and record the outcome of memberconsultations. It provides current and past report-based insightinto branch traffic, employee performance, purpose of visit, andstaff utilization.
