Buckham Formally Named To NCUA Corporate Office

Kent Buckam, who has been acting director of NCUA's Office of Corporate CUs since January, has been formally named to the job. Buckam has been with the agency for 26 years, beginning as an examiner in Williamsport, Penn. He was named a supervisory examiner in 1983, was appointed deputy regional director of the Region IV office in 1988, and relocated to NCUA's headquarters office in 1992 to work in the Office of Examination and Insurance. He has been in the Office of Corporate CUs since 1998.
