RANCHO CUCAMONGA, Calif. - (01/02/06) High winds and rain have been whippingthe state of California with more such weather over the longholiday weekend, but the California Credit Union League said nocredit unions have been adversely affected by the weather system.While the system is expected to battering portions of the statethis weekend, CCUL said one thing credit unions have going in theirfavor is the New Years holiday being observed on Monday.So far, it hasnt been a problem for credit unionsthat we know of, the league said, but added, itreally all depends on just how much rain we end up getting, and wewont know that until Tuesday.
