TORONTO – Corsential announced general availability of its Credit Union Voice of Member survey and satisfaction program.

Corsential said Voice of Member is based on the Net Promoter Score and optimized for the credit union community. The program includes a continuous relationship survey, online analytics, normative data and service recovery alerts.
