Cardtronics Completes Deal For Access To Money’s 10,000 ATMs

HOUSTON – Cardtronics on Tuesday said it completed the acquisition of Access to Money, Inc., a troubled Cherry Hill, N.J.-based operator of 10,350 merchant-owned ATMs formerly known as TRM Corp.

Access to Money operates ATMs in 1,500 The Pantry convenience stores in the Southeast.

The cost of the deal was 28 cents per share, or $21.2 million.

Cardtronics is the leading provider of electronic fund transfer services for credit unions, with key switches connecting to CO-OP Financial Services, Credit Union 24, and Financial Service Centers Cooperative shared branch network.
