ALEXANDRIA, Va. – CommonWealth One FCU has promoted Charlotte Cash, its vice president of retail sales and marketing and business development for the past 12 years, to be president and CEO of the $300-million credit union.

Cash, who has worked at the suburban Washington credit union for 27 years, will succeed John Blair, who is retiring July 20 after 18 years in the corner office.
Cash is a graduate of nearby George Mason University and the Credit Union Executives Society’s CEO Institute.
