OXNARD, Calif. – CBC FCU, chartered as the credit union for the Naval Construction Battalion Center here, named Patrick Miller, vice president for Navy FCU’s 220-branch network, as president and CEO of the $400-million credit union.
Miller brings more than 22 years of experience in credit unions, including sales, marketing, compliance and operations. At Navy Federal he led the launch of the credit union’s broker dealer and registered investment advisory firm. More recently, he managed the integration of 19 branches from USA FCU when Navy Federal acquired the failed San Diego giant two years ago.
Before working for Navy Federal he worked at the Colorado CU League, SELCO Community CU and CUNA Mutual Group.
Miller succeeds Ray Ewin, who retired after 28 years at CBC FCU.
