SOMERSET, N.J. – Renaissance Community Development CU is partnering with local First Baptist Church of Lincoln Gardens to refinance high-rate auto loans at a lower rate.

The refi program is part of the church’s “dfree ministry” program that to get people debt, delinquency and deficit free.
Credit union employees will help find lower interest rates on auto loans. People should bring information with the amount of the loan, the interest rate and the number of months left on the loan when they attend the refi sessions every Sunday in May at the church.
The credit union was chartered in 1996 as an extension of the First Baptist Community Development Corporation, known today as the Central Jersey Community Development Corporation.
