WAUWATOSA, Wis. - (10/21/04) -- CSMC Inc., the parent of CentralStates Mortgage, said Wednesday it has acquired CU Fleet, a WestAllis, Wis., auto leasing CUSO. CU Fleet's auto leasing wasoriginally limited to members of credit union owners in Wisconsin.Central States Mortgage, which serves Wisconsin, Iowa, Illinois,Nebraska, Missouri and Ohio, plans to use CU Fleet to expand itsservice offerings. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
