GROTON, Conn. -- Charter Oak FCU is opening its 12th branch at the Electric Boat campus, in New London, the building site for Navy submarines.
The new branch is only for employees of Electric Boat and is not open to the public. The $685 million credit union was chartered in 1939 as the Groton Shipbuilders' FCU.
