SAN DIMAS, Calif. – Christian Community CU’s Focused on the Future Scholarship Program granted $31,000 in scholarships to 32 students.

Applicants wrote an essay on the topic: “Proverbs 15:22 says, ‘Plans fail for lack of counsel, but with many advisers they succeed.’ Write about a financial decision you made that did not work out well. Contrast that with a decision you made after seeking advice from others. How did getting wise counsel help you make a better choice with your money?”
Scholarships are available for undergraduate to post-graduate students who are members of the $520 million credit union.
