
ST. PAUL, Minn. — City & County Credit Union has launched a new website designed to "enhance" its members' online experience. The $419 million CU said the new website was built "with responsive design" and features "intuitive navigation and a visually appealing design."
"We wanted to deliver a cleaner, more modern member experience that was engaging and reflective of our brand," Megan Primeau, VP of Marketing, said in a statement.
City & County explained that the new website is "simple, straightforward and provides easy access" to information. The platform features contrasting white text against a black background, with a drop-down menu navigation that allows members to find what they are looking for "quickly and efficiently." In addition, the website provides "an optimal viewing experience" whether a member is on a phone, tablet or desktop computer.
"By adopting an intuitive, search engine-optimized site with responsive design, City & County provides an optimum experience to each member across all devices that engages members in better conversions and interactions with our brand." Primeau added.
