RICHLAND, Wash. – Gesa Credit Union said its new corporate headquarters here celebrates its growth and dedication to environmentally-friendly practices.
With the help of expert sustainable construction partners Clayco, Inc., and Forum Studio, the 76,000-square-foot home office and branch facility was built with sustainable strategies to achieve certification in the U.S. Green Building Council's LEED Green Building Rating System.
Completed in just 14 months, the new four-story operations facility features a full-service branch on the main floor, along with training rooms, community rooms, and drive-up services with two way remote video. The building is equipped with state-of-the-art technology, such as smart boards in many of the conference rooms, biometric access to the safe deposit boxes, cash dispensing machines for faster transaction processing, and deposit taking ATMs.
