RANCHO CUCAMONGA, Calif. - Credit union debit cardholders can now make charitable contributions at participating CO-OP Financial Services automated teller machine locations.
This holiday season CO-OP Financial Services is partnering with Credit Unions for Kids to allow members to contribute to the Children's Miracle Network (CMN) Hospitals while they conduct ATM transactions.
A new add-on option will be present on ATM screens. CO-OP Financial Services is working with its client credit unions to enroll them in this program and enable processing of CMN hospitals contributions.
"It is a very easy matter for our clients to activate this convenient charitable contribution opportunity for their members," said Stan Hollen, president/CEO, CO-OP Financial Services. "We encourage them to take advantage of this program promptly to maximize giving."
All ATMs directly "driven" (controlled) by CO-OP for its clients are eligible for this feature. CO-OP also manages on behalf of its 3,500-client credit unions the CO-OP Miracle Match program. This program grants $1 million annually in matches to Credit Unions for Kids fundraisers.
