PHOENIX – Authorities are hunting for a woman who favors colorful garb to hide her identity while holding up four area credit unions.
During the most recent robbery, she wore a long, leopard print cape and carried a large black bag. The Color Me Bad Bandit consistently attempts to conceal her identity by wearing large scarves or hats and sunglasses. She has been dubbed the Color Me Bad Bandit due to her colorful disguises.
The Color Me Bandit is sought for July robberies at Arizona FCU, Mountain America CU and Sun West FCU, all in Mesa, and an August 16 hold-up at Arizona FCU in Tempe.
