Community Financial CU Pays Members $300,000 Bonus

BROOMFIELD, Colo. Community Financial CU will distribute $300,000 to its members as part of its fifth annual bonus dividend.

The bonus program also generated $10,000 for the Jessica Ridgeway Legacy Fund, for which members were allowed to designate all or part of their payout. The Ridgeway Family initially opened this specific account during the search for their missing daughter due to the fact the community wanted to make a donation for search efforts.

The Ridgeways, members of Community Financial for more than 20 years, implemented The Jessica Ridgeway Legacy Fund as a way to manage the outpouring of community support.

Since 2008, Community Financial has given back nearly $1.5 million to its members.
